    I made the Raw Kale and Brussel Sprout salad for Christmas dinner. When my mom found out I was making something with Brussel sprouts her comment was, “I’ve never met a Brussel sprout I liked.” I made it anyway and it was the most talked about dish at our table of 15 adults. Everyone asked for the recipe…even Mom!

    What is the best way to steam the cauliflower?

      Hey Jenn, I like to use a steamer basket with about 2-inches of water in the bottom, lid on, steam for about 10-15 minutes.
