Carrie Dorr, founder of Pure Barre, is the fitness genius behind the O44 METHOD. The O44 METHOD is a series of workouts you can do anywhere that combine the best facets of:

Her fitness program combines strength and cardio training with stretching and mindfulness practices, providing conscious workouts for both body and mind that aid in healthy aging.
