Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and whether you’re celebrating with your love, your friends, your kiddos, or simply treating yourself, I’ve got the perfect chocolatey treat for you.
At the Conscious Cleanse, we believe in filling our plates with whole, nourishing foods while still enjoying sweet treats. And let’s be real—what’s Valentine’s Day without chocolate?
But instead of the processed sugar and mystery ingredients in store-bought treats, I’m making something just as decadent and so much better for you: Valentine’s Day Love Bites!
These little bites of bliss are naturally sweetened with dates, packed with heart-healthy walnuts, and infused with raw cacao (hello, antioxidants!). I’ve also added maca, a powerful adaptogen known to put a little pep in your step—perfect for this day of love.
To give them that extra Valentine’s flair, I’m rolling them in crushed freeze-dried raspberries for a pop of pink and a burst of fruity goodness. It’s a treat that feels indulgent but nourishes your body at the same time—the best of both worlds!
One of the things I love most about making homemade treats is knowing my kids can enjoy them, too—without all the processed sugar and artificial junk. When I make my own treats, my kids never feel like they’re missing out.
I hope these Love Bites bring you joy and a little extra sparkle this Valentine’s Day.
With chocolate raspberry love,
