Happy 4th of July!
In the spirit of freedom day, I created the Red White and Blue Green Smoothie. I find that if I start my day off right with a boat load of fresh fruit and dark leafy greens, the rest of the day just seems to go better.

Red White and Blue Green Smoothie
Yields 1 quart
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 to 2 bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 to 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
Variation: If you are cleansing or sensitive to strawberries, raspberries would be a tasty alternative.
