Pineapple Limeade Juice

Get ready to have your socks knocked off!

The recipe I’m sharing today has been one of my favorites lately. Tart and tangy, this tropical juice is refreshing and surprisingly filling.

Cucumbers are one of nature’s best beauty foods–full of minerals (especially silica) that promote healthy skin, hair and nails. And pineapple contains the anti-inflammatory enzyme, bromelain, which aids digestion.

If you want to get a radiant summer glow, this is the juice for you. Both detoxifying and hydrating, this juice will delight your taste buds with its burst of citrus twist! I hope you enjoy it as a morning juice or a refreshing summer snack.

Are you ready to fire up your juicer and give this sweet summer juice a whirl? Let me know what you think of it in the comment section below.

With tart and tangy kisses,

Can’t wait to try out this juice tonight, thanks ladies, and I want to do your Conscious Cleanse next time you have it with Yoga Pod, do you have a date scheduled for that yet?

    • Julie Peláez

Hey Lisa! We would love to join you for our next Conscious Cleanse. It starts August 2nd, but it’s an online program. We don’t have any Yoga Pod based cleanses planned at the moment.

“In a juicer combine…”. Do you mean blender, or actually “juice” these? Thanks!

    • Julie Peláez

Hey MaryEllen, Sorry if that was unclear. You want to run all ingredients through a juicer.
