Getting off caffeine right now… Boy is it hard! Why did I ever start drinking it again after being caffeine-free for over two years?!?!!!

I will definitely give this smoothie a try!

I actually first learned about the Conscious cleanse through the Tea Spot! I ordered all the different teas and enjoyed them a lot, so I thought I would give the cleanse a try. So glad I did. :) Can’t wait to try this recipe tomorrow morning.

I have hypothyroidism so, eating spinach raw is hard on my thyroid. Could I lightly steam the spinach, or should I replace with something else like Romaine? Thanks, Sandy

Hi Sandy, Great question. You could do either, though I think the romaine would taste better since the flavor of spinach changes when it’s heated. If you give it a try, let us know what you think.
