Cinco De Mayo Party Essentials:
Broccomole (Conscious Cleanse On Demand Member EXCLUSIVE)
This recipe gets all your veggies in and tastes amazing. It’s a bit of broccoli + guac + Conscious Cleanse magic that’s oh-so-yummy. It pairs perfectly with either corn chips or a grain-free option like taro, almond, or coconut chips.
Zesty Lime Fish Tacos with Cucumber Radish Salsa
These fish tacos are a Cinco de Mayo must-have. No deep-fried, bloat-inducing battered fish here – just delicate, pan-seared fish packed with refreshing flavor. Plus we’ve included a recipe for one of our favorite healthy homemade salsas packed with fresh spring veggies. YUM.
El Sueño
The name translates to “dream” and trust us, this cocktail lives up to the hype. It’s super refreshing, lower-sugar, and easy to make. Plus, you can easily make it a mocktail if you’re looking for a festive but booze-free drink.
Jalapeño Strawberry Margarita
This sweet n’ spicy blended marg is like summertime in a glass. It’s simple, delicious, and tastes amazing with or without the booze. If you do want to use tequila in these drink recipes, make sure to look for a clean brand, some of the cleanest brands of tequila that we like are Patron and Don Julio.
La Paloma Rosa
This cocktail is a great way to switch up your usual margarita. It’s sweet and sour and packed with grapefruit flavor, ready to whisk you away to an imaginary beach. Leave out the tequila if you want the cocktail feel without the hangover.
Salud,
Jo and Jules
