The Taste of Fall from the Conscious Cleanse

The air is crisp, the leaves are falling – fall is in full swing! It’s a wonderful time of year, but the traditional foods associated with it – apple cider donuts, candy corn, pumpkin pie, caramel apples – are not exactly healthy. We love to take part in the fall festivities as much as anyone, but we don’t believe that means having to sacrifice your health. We’ve gathered all our favorite healthy fall recipes in one place so you can celebrate autumn guilt-free. From breakfast to sweet treats, we’ve got you covered!

The star of fall flavors and many of these recipes – pumpkin – is a winter squash, which we keep off our plates during the Cleanse, but is an amazing addition to your 80:20 meal planning (for more help with meal planning through your Cleanse and into your 80:20 Lifestyle Plan, become a member of Conscious Cleanse On Demand). Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, a good source of Vitamin C and Potassium, and full of free-radical fighting antioxidants – a very spooky superfood!

Check out our list of favorite fall recipes below and get on with your fall festivities! Got a favorite autumnal recipe you’d like us to give a Conscious Cleanse makeover? Let us know in the comments below.
