Cacao Aphrodisiac Elixir of Love

Looking to spice things up with your sweetie this Valentine’s Day? Woo them with our mind-blowing Cacao Aphrodisiac Elixir of Love!

This warming elixir features potent superfoods that make for a passionate love potion and can be spiked with vodka or enjoyed sans booze.

The main ingredient in this sexier-than-hot-chocolate, warming treat is raw cacao. Cacao is known for promoting feelings of love and bliss and opening up the energy of the heart chakra.

And it wouldn’t be an elixir of love without cacao’s love child, maca – which is often dubbed “nature’s viagra.” This powdered Peruvian starchy tuber boosts stamina (all kinds of stamina!) and energy, earning it a reputation as a potent aphrodisiac promoting enhanced sexual function.

Look out, folks!

If you’re not in the mood for love, this aphrodisiac elixir’s benefits extend beyond the bedroom. The powerhouse combo of cacao and maca is great for balancing hormones, mood, and increasing focus, so there’s something in it for everyone.

Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or not, treat yourself to this Conscious Cocktail that will give you some pep in your step!

Just curious since 1/2 cup cashews seems like a LOT for one serving. How many equivalents of nut butter is that? (not that I can find cashew butter where I live anyway).

Question about the cleanse. I live with very unhealthy people…they are not going to change and I honestly don’t have energy to change them…the entire town I live in is very very unhealthy…so I’m surrounded by it…
If I try to eat healthy in the same home as these bad foods, can I become cleansed and healthy?
And is it ever possible to TRULY rid my body of crap? I honestly binge all the time and eat VERY late….by I feel like it is too late. Especially since I live in such a bad place….

I might have access to a crap treadmill + a couple lighthandweights….is it possible for me to “burn ” stuff off with that only? Going outside is rare and impossible where I live…is that bad or is it still possible to be okay? Or is it possible to even cleanse if one could do NO exercise?

Could I say follow your meal plans for the first 5 days only and STILL gain benefit??? Thanks.

Hi Rachel. This is a recipe for 2 to share. :) You could substitute for 3 tablespoons of any kind of nut butter. To answer your questions…Yes! You can detox and be healthy regardless of your environment. I suggest joining our next LIVE online cleanse starting April 14th. The community support will be great. We are big believers that the body thrives on movement but this is not an all or nothing program. So you do what you can and yes, you will get many many benefits! Hope that helps!
